Account Deletion

At Topaz Academy, we respect your right to control your personal information and provide an easy option to permanently delete your account at any time. You can request deletion directly from your profile settings within the platform, after which your account will be deactivated and scheduled for permanent removal from our system. Once deleted, your personal details such as name, email address, and contact information will be removed from our active databases, and your access to purchased or enrolled courses will be revoked. Instructor-related content may also be removed or anonymized where required. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be reversed, and if you wish to use Topaz Academy again in the future, you will need to create a new account. Certain information, such as transaction records, may be securely retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes as required by law. If you are unable to delete your account through the platform, you can request assistance by contacting us at support@topazacademy.in from your registered email address, and our team will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
